Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchased a refurbished Latitude E6420 with 8GB of RAM and 500 GB memory. It was upgraded to Windows 10. This configuration was very fast, but I wanted to add a blue tooth & it does not have that capacity. I ordered a USB blue tooth and there were no drivers available. The Geek Squad worked on it for 3 hrs. with no answers. I contacted Microsoft and they do not support this platform and said I would have to go to one of the outside vendors to get it fixed. It was going to cost me $79 one time shot, or $199/yr with unlimited driver upgrades. I decided I would try myself. After many trials and tests, I downloaded a Windows 10 Pro. It solved my blue tooth issue and it is the fastest computer I have ever had. I used to make statistical models at work and have been at it since 1988. My recommendation: 1) Check the RAM. If it is 4 MG it is going to be some what slow. Don't know if you can upgrade the hardware to 8 MG, but ask the Geeks. 2) I keep as much data as possible on an external memory source such as an SD. 3) Remove any programs you do not use regularly. I deleted about half mine and if I need them, I download from Microsoft or Google. 4) Do a complete rebuild of your computer, and then install Windows Pro. This will also help if there is some bugs hidden. 5) Install a good security program like the one Best Buy offers or Total AV (Microsoft). I purchased the maintenance program when I bought my Dell because the security came with it, and you get free technical help. You can also have 10 units tied in other computers, work books, phones. I like Dell because they use common parts, and you can get them just about anywhere. They are one of the most reliable computers and have worked hand in hand with Microsoft when building their systems. Best Wishes and Blessings, DonnyB
