A:Answer i don't know if you're still looking for an answer to this question, but i thought i'd reach out with my experience. my refurbished dell optiplex 7010 is great (fast, up-to-date, easy to use and install programs) but doesn't come with a WiFi antenna installed. i went through four different WiFi solutions (the strongest USB antennae i could find, a WiFi bridge, a WiFi access point) before giving up and running a 100' cat5 cable from the PC, though the house, to the router. i can't close any doors between rooms, but i can get online. additionally, i purchased a bluetooth adapter from Best Buy and plugged it into one of the USB ports on the front of the machine. the adapter has worked great, and i'm sure a high-gain antenna would, too, if i didn't have so many obstacles between my PC and the wireless router. hope that helps - good luck!
