• I think the E7250 has HDMI output. This monitor uses DVI-D or VGA. Unless you have an adapter, or a docking station, it won't connect.

• It should. You need a mini displayport to DVI cable or hdmi to DVI cable for the Latitude E7250, I believe.

• This model comes with a VGA cable, power cable and adapter.
