• It depends on the connections on your computer. VGA and DVI-D connections are available on this monitor...or you can use an adapter.

• Most likely. Provided your computer has a DVI-D port to connect the monitor to you will be fine. Alternatively there's a VGA port for connection but I would not recommend using in this mode as the image quality will be degraded. Google out DVI-D to see if you have a matching port from your computer. If so you will be fine.
