• It comes with a VGA cable. There are two ports on the underside of the display: DVI and VGA. No DVI cable is included though.

• Yes it had a VGA cable. No the monitor doesn't move. Once you connect the stand that's it no up/down..

• One VGA cable. No DVI cable. Screen positioning does not move. It does tilt vertically (up/down) but not horizontally (side-to-side).
