QuestionCan you upgrade this laptop with a bigger RAM and memory?

- Answer You can upgrade the hard drive but I think the ram is soldered in which means you can't upgrade it. It's a very small form factor so I guess they didn't have room for ram slots. 4GB is probably OK unless you're doing video editing or heavy gaming. I would absolutely upgrade the harddrive. 128 GB fills very fast and the PC will start to slow as it fills up. If you go to Crucial and search for memory upgrades for a Dell XPS 13 model 9350 they have some SSD upgrade options available. But you could probably use samsung etc. too.
