This laptop does not have a touchscreen.

No it is not. Dell does sell touchscreen versions. The non-touchscreen versions have a VERY thin bezel around the screen which is inset 1 mm or so. The touchscreen ones are flush across the screen (e.g. the bezel doesn't extend beyond the screen) and a bit glare-y. Check the alternate configs on Dell's website if you're sold on this model. Just be very careful deciding to rely on Dell the company for support afterward.
