Hello, Thank you for your interest in the XPS 12 convertible ultrabook! It is true that the XPS 12 was recently updated with Intel 4th Gen processor options on Dell's website. It takes a small bit of time for sites like Best Buy to acquire the latest laptops from us, so I would expect you to see 4th Gen versions here soon! Hope this helps! JonathanNforDell
