Dell has issued a firmware update that will allow you to disable the Dynamic Brightness Control. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have this problem. I did install all of the driver updates, and there were a lot ( maybe 20). Try using the Dell Support Assist to locte and install all of the driver updates and see if that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dell has release a patch for this, you can obtain it by visiting the Dell Support page, and clicking on "View All Drivers for this Model" at the bottom of the drivers list page. It will be found under the applications category. Enjoy!
