Yes it has a power cable, no driver disc, brief users guide - however you can download drives from Lenovo.

These are mass produced for typical home users. The restore is on a seperated partition of your HD. The Software Drivers for hardware on in the INF folders local to the OS, or you can download them from the vendor site Power cable - yes, this computer comes with a power Owners manual = yes, there is a short manual in there and a large cheat sheet/quick reference guide.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what a Motherboard is , but this comes with a powercord, keyboard and mouse. Don't think any PCs come with instruction books anymore. It does include a Quick Start guide and should you run into any difficulties their tech people are efficient and very helpful. We returned 2 HP Envys before purchasing the Dell.
