Yes. There's room for a full sized, dual slot video card. I put in an Nvidia GeForce 1080GT. Just be sure to upgrade your power supply at the same time if you add high end graphics. The machine comes with a 460 watt PSU but most of the higher rated power supplies will fit in the case. You may have to do a little cutting and wire splicing to power up the DVD drive (I did). And make sure the SATA cables under the back end of your full length video card are using 90 degree connectors.

The installed card uses 225W of power so if the card you're considering uses more power, you may have to also replace the power supply unit.
