“Can I hook up my IPod to this receiver?”

• Apparently not. There is a USB slot in the front but it seems to only pull from a thumbdrive (which I did not try). When I plugged the iPhone into the USB adaptor and plugged it in it did not allow music play. I haven't tried my old iPod Classic but if the iPhone music library didn't work I can't see why the iPod would via the same port. You'd have to use the Bluetooth feature, it appears.

• You could, but it would be easier to store your music in the Apple cloud and streaming it from the HEOS app. Also, transferring your music file to a thumb drive and plugging it into the front usb.

• This amp has a USB port and will play an iPod through it. If you have an iPod touch it will play wirelessly. I use my iPhone and my iPad to play music wirelessly through the amp.

• Yes, it uses the blu tooth through the phone/iPod... super easy to set up
