The r15m speakers are rated at 85w continuous and 340w max. The Denon will drive those speakers very efficiently!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Short answer - No. Bit longer - The Klipsch speakers are rated at handling 85 watts continuous, 340 watts peak. While the Denon AVR-X4400H delivers 105 - 125 watts @ 8 ohms continuous, (which is more than the speakers are rated for continuous power), the real thing that damages speakers is an amplifier not having enough power and the amplifier "clips" the sound. One other thing to note is that it takes 10 times the wattage to double the sound coming from a speaker. Most of the time people listen at under 10 watts, so pairing the Klipsch R-15m speakers with the Denon AVR-X4400H should work just fine. Hope this helps answer your question.
