  • QuestionWill this provide enough power to two Martin Logan Motion Foundation F2s, two Martin Logan Motion Foundation B1s, and a Martin Logan C1 2.5-Way Center Channel Speaker as a surround sound set-up or do I need something with more wattage per channel?

    Asked by Craig.

    • Answer Hello Craig, The Denon AVR-S670H features five channels of amplification, allowing you to power five speakers and connect up to two powered subwoofers. The AVR-S670H can effectively power the ML speakers due to their high sensitivity rating of 92dB. However, for optimal performance with the ML speakers, I recommend considering a model from our X series, starting with the AVR-X1800H or higher. Opting for the AVR-X1800H or a higher model will provide you with greater detail, an improved soundstage, and better control of the connected speakers. I hope this information is helpful to you. If you need further assistance in selecting the right Denon receiver, please feel free to contact our Denon Support team at 800-497-8921. Sincerely, Denon

  • Questionwill this connect to my klipsch rw-51m wireless speakers do have axiim transmitter

    Asked by wheels.

    • Answer Hello. The AVR-S760H requires all the speakers for use in the Main Zone to be a wired feed and our wireless Home speakers are supported for use in other locations. Owing to the limitations of the connectivity of your Klipsch wireless set-up, it is not compatible with an AVR.

  • QuestionIf I only connect two speakers (Bose 301 Series III) to this receiver, how many watts would i get to them at 8 ohms?

    Asked by yroc.

    • Answer Hello. The AVR-S670H delivers a maximum of 75 watts at 8 ohms with two channels driven. Any amplification can only deliver what a speaker is demanding at any desired volume level. As the Bose 301 Series III is a fairly easy load, they will likely not demand more than 10-20 watts if you aren't trying to damage your hearing.

  • QuestionWill my soundbar and remote back speakers work with this receiver? Both are Bluetooth.

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hello. Unfortunately, Soundbars are not designed to work with AVRs, they are designed to be used instead of an AVR to save space and provide better sound than the TV speakers. The AVR-S670H (like all AVRs) is designed to be used with speakers which connect directly to the AVR with speaker wire to provide a more enveloping experience than Soundbars are designed to achieve. AVR's do not work well with Bluetooth speakers for the Main Room (the surround speakers) because of synching issues. Bluetooth was primarily designed as a technology for audio-only sources.

  • Questioni have a custom built power amp for my Acoustat speakers can I plug it in?

    Asked by bacon.

    • Answer Hello. With your custom-built power amp for your Acoustat speakers you will need an AVR with a front left and right pre-out. As the AVR-S970H does not have a front left and right pre-out, we suggest looking at the AVR-X1800H or the AVR-X3800H, both of which have front left and right speaker pre-outs for your custom-built power amp and your Acoustat speakers.

  • QuestionDoes this receiver support a digital turntabe?

    Asked by Neva.

    • Answer Hello Neva. The AVR-S760H has coaxial, optical and HDMI digital inputs, which support a feed from a digital source with any of these outputs. The AVR-S670H also has an analog phono input which supports a moving magnet or high output moving coil phono cartridge turntable feed. If you have a turntable with a Bluetooth transmitter, the AVR-S670H also has a Bluetooth receiver allowing for a wireless feed from compatible devices. If your turntable has a USB output, you will need an optional external digital to analog convertor with a USB input and RCA outputs. If this is how you wish to connect your turntable to the AVR-S670H, I suggest speaking with a Best Buy Audio Specialist for suitable solution ideas.
