QuestionI have a Rotel RSP-1570 that has died. What is a good replacement for it?

- Answer Hello. We can recommend a current version of the RSP-1570 - as it is a pre-amp/processor I suggest a Marantz AV7706. Unfortunately, we do not have a pre-amp/processor in our current line-up. The closest model we have (with pre-out connectivity to external power amplification) would start with the AVR-X3800H, which is an AV Receiver rather than a pre-amp processor.

- Answer Hello. Compatible Sonos devices can connect the AVR-S760H using digital or analog interconnectivity. Sonos is not able to connect wirelessly with the AVR-S760H. The AVR-S760H has a HEOS engine on board. This allows it to pair with our optional wireless Home Speakers which can be used in up to 32 different locations in your home, including the use of a wireless sub-woofer in each location. HEOS also includes the ability to stream from many popular services including Amazon HD, Spotify, Pandora, Tidal and TuneIn Radio.

- Answer Hello, yes, there is an analog input on the rear panel of the AVR-S670H labeled "Phono." This input is specifically for a turntable. The Phono input accepts MM (Moving Magnet) cartridges. If you have an MC (Moving Coil) cartridge, you will need an external Phono Amplifier.
