“Why does it say it is a 9.2 channel if there's 11 speaker terminals on rear? Then it says it will decode 11.2 if you have an external amp, but once again, from what I saw in picture it shows 11 terminals.”

To get the 11.2 you will need to get an external amp for the other 2 extra channel.

It can process 9.2 channels by itself but it can process 11 channels with external amps that’s why it has 11 connections like a 7.4.2 Configuration for Dolby Atmos with externa amp

Because you can connect up to 11 speakers for the main zone or connect 9 speakers to the main zone and the last 2 would be for the 2nd. zone. Hope that clears things up.
