• A:Answer possibly yes. it is Bluetooth and is not "wired" to anything other than an optical cable. There is an optical cable outlet on the back of my Comcast box. Have no idea how it would work or sound, but yes. You should be able to plug it in. Mine is plugged into the back of my TV and I get the sound of the cable broadcast, as well as everything else. Q: QuestionI am trying to get sound from my DVD/blue ray. I have the sound bar connected to the cable box via digital optical. The DVD ONLY has an HDMI cable. When this is connected to the TV, I only get sound from the TV. no sound/pic when connected to SB!

• A:Answer You might try disabling your TV speakers. I find using the sound bar on my DVP works better with the TV speakers "off".

• A:Answer Consider this as just an external speaker for your TV. It's your TV's sound signal that goes to this speaker/sub. Set everything up to to to your TV and set your TV's speakers "off" with sound from your TV going to whatever output you connected the sound bar to.

• A:Answer I don't believe you can, it can be installed to the tv, it does have a Bluetooth feature however but unfortunately it cannot be used with headphones. (To my knowledge)

Q: Questionsound bar keeps disconnecting to the tv and the remote controlsThe sound bar system keeps disconnecting to the tv remote control functions (volume, mute functions) after the tv is turn off. Did reset equipment to factory set up, nothing works. I have the system connected with an HDMI ARC connection (I have tried with 3 different cables) to a Panasonic model TC- P50GT50, I have set up tv to link to sound bar, it works fine at first (using the remote controls and displaying the sound bar volume) also I have turned off the tv speakers as instructed in the manual. I have left sound bar disconnected over night and reconnected it the next morning, it works again but it will disconnect once again after the tv and the bar sound system is turn off. Anyone any suggestion anyone?. The sound bar system by itself and its remote works fine, nothing wrong with it, but it is unable to keep the link to the tv to display volume signal for any length of time. The remote controls (tv or directv remotes) work fine otherwise. Thanks

• A:Answer I would get rid of the arc setup and just use the optical cable and the hdmi in. It was acting funny for me with the arc setup but the volume controls are working fine. Hope that helps
