Yes it comes with a camera. Unfortunately you cant swap out the camera so you must use the one it comes with but it’s pretty good for the price.

I'm not sure if you could attach another one... maybe with velcro I s'pose one could, but this standard camera works pretty good as is, and it's rare to see any prop movement the way it's designed. Having a three axis gimabl keeps the camera fairly stabilized, even under some fairly stiff winds or sudden movements. The drone itself has three modes of travel, Sport (fast), regular, and "Cinematic" for ultra smooth/slower moving/stable footage. Even though some might want to have video at 4k, it is still quite nice at 2.7k. New updates recently added some different modes shooting, including different rates of frames per second, too., for various presentations, so you're not stuck with just one setting.
