A:AnswerKevin,
I have DJI Care that will cover any damage occured during flight, you might want to look up all of the details on DJI's website regarding this..... but after losing my first Mavic Pro into Lake Erie last summer, due to my own fault, I called my State Farm Agent and asked about Personal Itemized Insurance on my new Mavic Pro, much like jewelery and firearms. Needless to say I am paying $60 annually for a $1000 policy with $0 deductible for either a lost or stolen drone, small price to pay to ease your mind during flight. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerYou would have to go directly through DJI. Once you turn on the Mavic you have 48 hours to get the DJI one year accidental protection plan. If you fail to do that you will have to prove to DJI that your Mavic is in working condition. They do have a link where they show you the process to do that if you failed they are protection plan within 48 hours of you activating your new drone.
A:AnswerThe Best Buy website has had the Mavic Pro's available on January 13th for less than 1 day and again on January 27th for less than 1 day. I know because I check the Best Buy website about three times a day. I purchased a Mavic pro on both of these days so you can get them here, you just need to be persistent!!!!
A:AnswerHey John, there is nothing internally limiting the Mavic Pro from working in the UK. There are of course no-fly-zones built into the app, but these are usually only found around areas of high air traffic. Please obey all airspace regulations in your area and stay informed to fly safely.
A:AnswerYou are asking the "customer" a question that should be directed to the retailer. I can not speak for Best Buy, but my best guess would be yes. At some point, they will probably offer a "fly more" package with the Platinum as well.
A:AnswerHello moorefun. Yes, the DJI Mavic Pro Combo does include 3 batteries in total, a shoulder bag and additional accessories. If you scroll down the webpage, you'll see the subheading 'Whats Included' which lists what comes with the DJI Mavic Pro. Thanks.
