Did you put a hard drive in it? You probably have to format the drive, if so. Go to Control Panel and search for disk management. There you'll see a second hard drive. Format it to one partition, NTFS or other. Be careful not to format your existing drive.

Cause that was why I bought it to replace the case Of the HD that failed ( was giving me the same Messages - on Mac and PC Through my Mac ( before it died ) I had to run utilities on the drive for repair After that it is all running great now
