how quickly does it charge a smart phone null

I get a full charge in 30 to 40 minutes :) maybe even faster if I would leave my phone alone.

I have an iPhone 6 and the phone was on 1% and the Dynex charged the phone to 86% while using the phone It took the Dynex 30 mins to charge my phone.

With a minimal charge on my android phone it charged fully within 20 min.

It will depend completely on the model of smartphone you have. The average is 2-4 hours.
