Be sure that any other Ethernet drivers have been uninstalled. Go into your cmos and disable your on board Ethernet card if you had been using one.

I'm confused... my card came with a CD which contained the driver.

Mine used the generic Realtek driver. Win 10 recognized it. It comes with a driver disk, though.

It appears to use Realtek chipset you might try a generic driver from Realtek. http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

The driver was included on disc with the adapter. I will talk with our web team and see if we can get it added to the web page as well.
