- Answer it's a USB there is no battery... it's getting it's power directly from the computer. If you purchased it and it's not working, see if you can take it back. This is not wireless it's corded.

- Answer Try to unplug it and plug it back in again. If you are still getting issues plugging in the unit you may have a defective mouse.

- Answer go to trackpad in system preferences (not mouse). Then go over to "scroll and zoom" and unclick the "natural" scroll direction!

- Answer no battery, one is, it might have lost the driver. try restarting the computer then plugging it into a different port for USB. If that doesn't work, it might just be dead. Dynex and Insignia are BBY brands and sometimes they last forever and sometimes they last a week.

- Answer you can do that with any mouse, you just have to fine the driver for it. Sometimes you can pull it up under control panel and switch any button for any mouse

QuestionWhere could I find the driver for it, DX-WRM1401?When I can try to use it, the Windows Vista told me it can't install because of error - the driver information is missing necessary entry, maybe because the INF was written for Windows 95 or later. Also the program told I need to contact with hardware vendor.

- Answer My guess is that you have an early version of Vista. It was plagued with problems - such a yours for example. The "service packs" that came along later as downloads supposedly fixed a lot of this. I had a later version of Vista and had no such problems. I don't know if the Vista "service packs" are still available from Windows. Vista support is not that great anymore since it bombed so badly in the first place.
