• you can do that with any mouse, you just have to fine the driver for it. Sometimes you can pull it up under control panel and switch any button for any mouse

• yes you can change the setting of the mouse button in the control panel

• You can! On Windows-based computers, mouse buttons can be assigned different functions through the main Control Panel menu.
