A:AnswerSounds to me like you need to clean your filters. Have you cleaned them? If you clean them improperly or with water with a lot of sediment then they will need replacement more often. Dyson says they are lifetime but not if you want optimum performance. I had a DC15 Animal that went 12 years, still with exceptional suction.
A:AnswerI just got the Dyson ball animal 3 upright vacuum. The reason I got bought it was because it had the dog grooming tool.
So in saying this, this should have been an attachment that was included with this vacuum.
I did not receive it in the box.
Why???
