- Answer I would say no. I too have medium pile carpeting and the vacuum can be hard to push.

- Answer Sounds to me like you need to clean your filters. Have you cleaned them? If you clean them improperly or with water with a lot of sediment then they will need replacement more often. Dyson says they are lifetime but not if you want optimum performance. I had a DC15 Animal that went 12 years, still with exceptional suction.

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. You sure can. When you first turn on the vacuum and recline it, the brush bar will automatically be on. To disable that, keeping the machine reclined, press the brush bar button which is located next to the power button. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

- Answer Can’t speak to the warranty but this vacuum has been terrible for residential use. I can’t imagine using it universally!

- Answer I just got the Dyson ball animal 3 upright vacuum. The reason I got bought it was because it had the dog grooming tool. So in saying this, this should have been an attachment that was included with this vacuum. I did not receive it in the box. Why???
