• Combination and stair tool, turbine attachment. The turbine is for getting up animal hair. One tool is for stairs and the other is kind of an extension with a soft brush attachment. I use that one for delicate items such as my glass television stand.

• I don't know about QVC, but our model from Best Buy came with the main roller brush (for hardfloor and carpets), the edge wand attachment (which also has a soft brush extension piece), the fabric brush attachment, and the tangle-free roller brush.
