While we don't provide specific details as to the levels of carbon contained within our filters, rest assured using Dyson Genuine replacement filters ensures a 360° sealed filtration system, HEPA standard and proper functioning of the machine. QuestionWhen I opened the box to replace the filters today, I found that the box did not contain the Activated Carbon Filter. I only received the outer Glass HEPA filter. This filter doesn't have the green part I had previously and doesn't fit in my hp04.

- Answer If it didn’t fit, you were given the wrong one. This is an updated design, and the carbon filter is sealed within the plastic housing. It works exactly the same.

QuestionTo clarify when installing to Tp04 model, instead of installing four pieces you just need to install two pieces? Also, since this is just one filter, there's no more monitoring of the carbon filter in the app since its just installed in hepa filter slot?

- Answer The carbon filter is still there, just sealed into the housing. It still filters, the readout still gives an until dead percentage for both HEPA and carbon, it’s monitored and works identically.
