“I just received a Dyson Home Cleaning Kit. On the box it says “fits all Dyson vacuums,” but the attachments do not fit our Dyson Big Ball Multifloor. Will these attachments work?”

Hi Jon, this is Kelly with Dyson. Your Big Ball Multifloor vacuum will use the quick release tools with the red tab. If you have tools with the gray tab, you can still use them on your machine, but you would need to use an adaptor, between the tool and your machine. Most Dyson retailers that carry tools and accessories should also carry the adaptor. If you cannot locate that, you can purchase it direct from Dyson. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
