A:AnswerThe HP02 has all the features of its predecessor HP01 plus it is enabled to provide control, feedback and programming through a Tablet or Smartphone. It controls the ammount of air particles, the temperature by heating and provides historical feedback as well.
I also read it has voice control. I am not sure if this is part of the base unit or a separate feature of Dyson's App via Tablet/Smartphone.

A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link. How often the filter is changed depends on how often it is used. If used for 24/hours a day, the filter will need to be changed about once every 6 months. If used for 12 hours or less per day, it will need to be changed about once every year. You can track the filters life through the Dyson Link app. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
A:AnswerHi there! Thank you for your interest in the Pure Hot + Cool Link purifier. The purifier can be used as a purifier, fan or heater. It cannot be used as an AC. Air conditioning units and the Dyson Air Multiplier's are two very different products that work in very different ways. An air conditioner refrigerates the air it supplies, allowing the air in the room to be made cooler than the ambient temperature outside. The Dyson Air Multiplier cools a person by moving air over and around them.

A:AnswerHello Min,
This is Dan with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Hot + Cool comes with a single 360° glass HEPA filter out of the box. The filter is engineered to last for a year, based on 12 hours of use every day. This is the equivalent of 6 months of continuous use.
In regard to the wattage, this machine operates on 1,200 watts on the heater mode and 26 watts on the fan mode. You are correct in saying the machine only cools with the cooling fan portion. Cooling is a result of airflow produced my the machine as opposed to utilizing Freon as a household air conditioner would.
Best wishes,
Dan
A:AnswerHi Mickie. Thank you for your interest in the Pure Hot + Cool. The purifier has a 360° HEPA filter made from constructed borosilicate microfibers, pleated 254 times. This makes our filter highly efficient, as it is able to capture more harmful ultra-fine particles as small as 0.3 microns. It has a layer of activated carbon granules to capture odors such as smoke odor and harmful toxins like paint fumes.
Best Wishes,
Krystal
