- Answer The directions are visual, in the book. I, myself am blessed with a high level of figuriutability. Didn't take long to realize how they assembled it for me..... There are release buttons and then simply and easily remove vacuum of slapem around a bit and again easily, gently put them back. As all things, if you need to fight it, you're causing a problem. This is easy, take a sec and look at what you're doing and you'll be fine I promise

- Answer Hello Jo, this is Kelly with Dyson. Prior to 2019, Dyson made the decision to redesign our machines so that a Prop 65 label is no longer needed. Therefore, all Dyson products produced in 2019 and later do not require the prop 65 label. To provide you with additional confidence in our products, in 2018 Dyson developed a new comprehensive Prop65 assessment program in collaboration with 3rd Party laboratories. The assessment included full product evaluation & testing on high risk parts/materials and a toxicological risk assessment process by US board-certified toxicologists to evaluate the chemicals identified in our finished product. Only after passing the assessment, are the products made available for sale. We hope this puts your mind at ease and removes any reservations about the use of our machines. QuestionMy room is about 280 sq.ft. the place i live is almost always 0 degrees Celsius. While am sure the HP07 will purify the air in the room, will it actually be able to warm up the room like a heater would and if yes how long would it take?

- Answer My bedroom is about the same size as yours and the HP07 warms/heats it up nicely in about 10-15 minutes.

QuestionHi, Why does the Purifier Hot+Cool HP07 always run in cool mode (after turning it off) even though I have set the temperature up to the mid 70s? The room gets cold and trying to warm it up. Shouldn't it try to achieve the set temp?

- Answer It will not maintain a set temperature in cool mode, it will continuously cool at whatever fan speed you set. If you want to warm up the room you must set it to Hot mode. Then then it will maintain the temp you desire.

- Answer This item says its out of stock on the Dyson website so I would look for something similar. There are similar models like the HP01 which cost less than the HP07 and the PH3A, which I believe is a newer model but slightly more expensive.

- Answer I don't know of a Dyson machine that actually cools air. The HP07 will heat and purify air in the Winter, and will provide comfort in a room by keeping the air circulating in the Summer, but it doesn't actually remove heat from the air it is circulating. For actual air conditioning you will need a window unit or a portable air conditioner what can exhaust removed heat to the outside.

We highly recommend using purification if you can, as many of us are spending much more time inside our homes, generating indoor pollution from cooking, cleaning, from wood-burning stoves etc. and purifiers can remove those pollutants from the indoor environment.
