Yes - my wife often does. She watches the exercise class on a TV 3 feet away from the bike. (Video is streamed from an iPad to the TV. You can also just watch on your iPad mounted on the tablet holder on the bike. What you don't get versus a Peloton bike is 2 things: 1 - camera connectivity to the Peloton servers. (The intent is to be able to see and speak with another Peloton-using friend taking the same class.) We don't miss this at all, as we exercise solo at ^;30 in the morning. 2- a data link between the bike and the Peloton app to record your health and class stats. (So you'll never be on a Peloton leaderboard with this bike.) We don't miss either of these features, and happy with our purchase.
