QuestionCan the thermostat be operated manually?

- Answer Yes, you can manually adjust the settings from the thermostat. You can set the manually adjusted "hold" behavior to change back to the normal schedule at the next scheduled transition or to change only when next you manually set it. Has a nice slider bar on the thermostat screen that at first took some getting used to, but ultimately turns out to be pretty intuitive.

QuestionDoes it call you if there is a power outage or a temp drop ? If your out of town the furnace goes out or the power goes out for a hour or so ?

- Answer I don’t think this feature is available now. Since there is no battery backup in the thermostat, if there is a power outage, thermostat will get switched off. Once the power is on, I think we have to set the temperatures again. It won’t remember the old settings.

QuestionMy Ecobee works fine and the built in Alexa answers fine when I ask a question. The problem is that for reminders and timers only the light on the top blinks but there is no sound. Anyone has this issue?
