QuestionDoes it operate through transitions between large rugs and hardwood floors?

- Answer It works well for me. if there is fraying or string like edges they get sucked/wrapped up in also with small cords but never anything bad you cant easily pull them back out.

QuestionI have a deebot N79 and was working perfectly until recently when going to home base it does not park in one time and keeps on trying but keeps moving when on dock . What can be the reason?

- Answer If you’ve moved the dock into a new space and there isn’t a certain amount of space on either side of the dock, the sensors don’t pick up very well. I had the same issue until I moved it into a different spot with a bit more openness. Moved it to the next to the couch with a few inches of clearance on both sides. No problems.

- Answer Yes!! You can connect this DEEBOT to any Alexa devices. I have mines connected. When I want the DEEBOT to clean I simply just say “Alex, tell DEEBOT to start cleaning.” And “Alexa, tell DEEBOT to go home” It makes controlling the debit so much easier and effortless.

- Answer Yes but the brush easily pops out and they give you a tool to easily slice through it so it's not difficult. If you don't have pets that probably doesn't have to be done often.

- Answer Yes!! I have carpet, rugs and tile in my home. It cleans throughout it all. Of course it uses less energy while cleaning tile and uses more energy when cleaning the carpet and rug but it sure does do the job! You’ll be surprised how much dust it will pick up out of your clean carpet.

- Answer No it does not need WiFi to to work. You only need the WiFi if you would like to have the luxury of controlling the DEEBOT from your phone using the ECOVACSHOME application or Alexa device.

QuestionDoes this machine work for edges and corners?

- Answer Yes! It has an AUTO, ROOM and EDGE setting. When I’m AUTO mode it roams around your home and cleans every room. When in ROOM mode it just cleans one room. (Will require for you to close the door) When I’m Edge mode it will go around your hole house cleaning just the edges and corners.

- Answer You can purchase filters. I normally just clean mines after every time I empty out the bin and it had stayed in great condition for over a year. If you maintain it clean it should last you a long time without having to purchase a new one anytime soon.
