We would like to clarify a few points regarding the cleaning solution: Firstly, please be advised that our official cleaning solution contains a mild, non-allergenic fragrance. Secondly, we're pleased to inform you that the cleaning solution is entirely optional. The machine is fully functional using only water.It means you can fill water in the cleaning solution box. Most importantly, to prevent serious damage to the unit, you must only use the official EcoVacs solution. The use of any other liquids, including acidic or alkaline substances, is strictly prohibited and will void the warranty.
