Your system will only be as fast as its slowest component. Make sure everything is at least 500mps if you want to keep that speed.

It is going to depend what your receiver is rated at, also depends on what you have for internet speed and how many devices are being used at that time. So if you have 100 mbs internet service then the max rate will be at 100 mbs max for WiFi, and if your usb WiFi receiver is at only 75 mbs, then 75 mbs would be your max (so it really depends on what your usb WiFi receiver is rated for).
