• A:Answer On the eero AX1800 dual band wi fi 6 there are two Ethernet ports on the main router. One of these ports are used to connect to your isp’s modem so there is only one port available for wired Ethernet expansion. The satellite units do not have any ports on them.

Q: QuestionDoes this work with a T-Mobile wifi system? Ease of install?

• A:Answer The eero will not extend the T-Mobile wifi network. What you do is plug one eero into your modem/internet source via ethernet cable, that eero will become head/Gateway eero and create its own wifi network. Other eero can connect to that gateway eero (wired or wirelessly) and extend the network. Setup is via the eero app.

Q: QuestionAfter following instructions to set up the eero 6 dual band system, I still cannot get the two additional extenders to connect with my router. One of the extenders is 3' from the router on the other side of a wall. What am I doing wrong?

• A:Answer Not sure what is going wrong but I would try to connect the extenders directly in front of the main router. If they show up then I would move them to a new location. I added an extender in that manner and it worked fine. If yours doesnt I would return them for new ones.
