QuestionI've had my Electrolux 2.4 CF washer for over a year now. I use HE detergent very sparingly, but there is still a lot of suds at the end of the wash no matter how little detergent I use. Any suggestions?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out, COGirl. Use a low-sudsing, high efficiency detergent to prevent oversudsing in front load washers. Use of multi-product (detergent plus softener) sheets or color-absorbing sheets NOT recommended. They could disable your machine and result in unwarranted repair costs. You can use fresh rinse option when additional rinsing is desired to remove excess dirt and detergent. It is recommended for heavily soiled loads or if household members have sensitive skin. - Answer Hi, Will. The Product Height of the washer is 33 1/2 inches. The Product Height of the matching dryer is 33 1/2 inches. The stacking kit does not have specifications listed for it. Its height of it is less than 10 inches. ~ Christy

- Answer Hello Mike123. While most cycles have a cold-water rinse, you can set the cycle’s temperature setting to cold or tap-cold, but we’d recommend using a cold-water detergent. ~ Hailea

QuestionHi, When researching the compact model, Electrolux stackable washer and ventless dryer which we purchased at Best Buy recently, I thought I read that the washer cord could be plugged into the dryer then plugged into the 220 v line. Is this correct?

- Answer The electric dryer has been designed and certified to operate at both 240V and 208V. Drying times on a 208V power supply will be approximately 20% longer than drying times on a 240V power supply. ~Sam
