QuestionThe white version of this gas dryer indicates the drum is stainless steel, and the picture on the web site appears to also be stainless steel. Is the drum actually stainless steel, or does it have a white coating on it?

- Answer Do not buy this unit. I purchased it in May and the Electrolux company has been giving me the run around on repairs, and replacement and buy back and its September and I still do not have a working unit or my money back. Worst customer service I have ever incountered.

- Answer It comes with instructions, but generally remove the door hinge bolts, remove the hole covers for the other side, change the latch to the other side, and re-bolt the hinges, SUPER easy.

- Answer Return it while you can. Electrolux customer support is so bad you do not want this item. Mine came broken in May and I am still getting the run around. Use the return feature of all major credit cards to force return and move on. I may have to sue them in small claims court to get my money back. Criminals.
