This is not a Microsoft product. It is sold by Encore and is just like the MS product except for the price. Caution! When I installed this on my computer there was a reference to a subscription edition. I brought mine on a DVD from Best Buy and there was no subscription necessary. I’ve mainly used the PowerPoint clone and it works better than the MS product. I used the Text editor once and it appears to be compatible with Word and you can save the file in many types of formats including doc and docx.
