QuestionIs the factory installed 128GB hard drive a SATA or NVMe drive?

- Answer It is in fact just a standard M.2 SATA drive. I did a test on it and shows up as a Samsung. I was getting around 520 Read and 400 Write. I'd compare it to an 840/850 EVO drive. Since it is only 128GB. I would be careful with writing to much. I would estimate the endurance to be around 75TB written. Most won't ever come close to that, but it's always best to be careful.

QuestionI need to order privacy screens for 5 of them. Can you provide me with the screen dimensions? Looks like most 15.6" screens have a thicker bezel on the sides and are too narrow for this model.

- Answer These answers are false. You can purchase this laptop with 256gb ssd but you will have to get the Ryzen7 with Vega 10. So you will pay more but get more.

- Answer You would need a 3rd party program to do that. MS Office, for example, has accessibility features that would allow that within the MS Office programs. Otherwise, you would need to buy Dragon or something like that; there is nothing built-in.

If you notice any issues with the posting I encourage you to note the model and sku number and go through there and report it. I appreciate you taking the time to bring awareness to this issue. - Answer Changing the SSD requires some disassembly. You can do it yourself but if you are not comfortable with doing it your local Geek Squad can certainly do it. Do note the manufacturers warranty does not cover damage from improper installation.

- Answer I just bought mine tonight and already took it apart. It has a 128gb m.2 pcie SSD. If you end up taking your back cover off exposing the board, you'll see a metal plate (lift to remove) to the left of the heat sink. Under there you will find the RAM and M.2 SSD. There is a spot on the bottom of the board for a 2.5 SSD, but there is no cable. For future reference you'll need part # L20103-001, if you want to add a secondary 2.5" drive.
