Questionjust got this machine a few days ago. For some reason it takes a very long time to download files from the internet. .Exe files, mp3s, zips, ...anything...over 1/2 hour. What's going on? My 11 inch 4 year old Asus net book downloads such files instantly.

- Answer It depends on your internet speed. The internal card built in is a dual band wireless AC card so it should not be an issue.

- Answer If you were to buy this computer or any other computer with Windows 10, you can either buy the Windows 10 Pro at a Best Buy store and install it on the computer. Or on your new computer, you can go to the Microsoft Store (app store) and search for Windows 10 Pro. And you can upgrade that way. For further assistance, I would recommend reaching out the Geek Squad at Best Buy.
