“I cannot seem to get past the word “cancelling” on the screen. Every time I press anything I get the word “invalid”. Help!!”

Hello. If your ET-2760 is physically connected to your computer, try disconnecting your USB or Ethernet cable and restarting the printer. Also, please cancel and delete all print jobs first before attempting to disconnect any cables.
