Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. I replaced it myself and would not work because it requires a “special “ code to restart. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I did ask BB on this over the phone & i was told , replacing the pads needs to be done by a “specialist” . I ended up having to buy a new one.
