Take it back. It could just be a defect. They should be able to exchange it for you. If you have the receipt, or proof of purchase, it shouldn't be an issue. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What application were you using, like MS Word, or just printing your email?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only printed one item. I had a Geek Squad technician install my printer. He did print out instructions should I run into a problem. He also connected my WIFI. If you have a contract with the Geek Squad, the technician's home visit was reasonable. I also took the 24 mos. warranty when I purchased my printer. You might be able to call Best Buy and talk to the sales personnel in computers, printers, etc. dept. and get an answer to your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I first got my XP410, after the first week the same thing happened. I called Epson and the support person told me to clean the nozzles at least four or five times, it worked and no problems since. But because you have already done that, I'd call Epson!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would take it back to Best Buy and exchange it. Might be the print head is bad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds like a problem with the printer that is probably a factory defect. if it's under warranty or if you've only had it a short while, I would return it for a replacement. I have one of these printers myself and have never had any problem with it.
