Hi duck, The salesman is correct, you can print photos or documents from Apple or Android phones or tablets. The Expression Home XP-4200 must be connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network as your smart phone. Once it is connected, sending things to the printer is easy using the phone's built-in print feature or you can download the Epson Smart Panel app for more options. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
