Q: QuestionWhere can I find the paper thickness it can take? In the question section Epson Support has answered this question giving 2 different answers to the same question. one post they said it can take up to 24lb, which is thin. Another post said 23mil. smh.

For cardstock, we have tested similar Epson paper that weighs around 44 lb. Please be aware that these recommendations are for Epson paper only. • A:Answer yes it does print 4x6 all the way up to a 13x19! yes you can attach it to your desk top but it also can connect via Bluetooth and or through you your network. print time vary especially for the large prints. this item isn't typically in store I had to order mine

Q: QuestionHi. I’m considering using this printer at a home that is in an area that has cold winters and it is not my full time residence. The interior of the house can reach near freezing temperatures between visits. Will this be a problem with the printer and ink?

Recommended storage temperatures can range from –4 to 104 °F (–20 to 40 °C) when not in use. Please note these suggestions are best practices for using the machine. However, different environmental factors can impact printer functionality. Therefore, we also recommend frequently doing maintenance such as nozzle check printouts and head cleanings to help avoid ink clogging. For more information, please visit our official Support page.
