“I don't see anything specific about fax capabilities. Isn't that what is indicated by "All-In-One" Printer?”

• I had fax capabilities on previous All-In-One printers, but fewer and fewer people own or use faxes today. So, I think "All-In-One" is now the designation for a printer, scanner, and copier. You can scan a document, save it to your computer, then attach the PDF scan to your email.

• Yes. A true all-in-one will print, copy, scan, and fax. A multi-function will do several, but not necessarily all.
