“In system req. it says that some functions or application are not supported by Mac OS X. Has anyone had any problems”

I have multiple mac's -- all running 10.11.1 and have no problems with printing (does all colors, both sides, and scanning). The applications I've used with it are Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), Safari, Preview, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. So, at least those programs all work fine with the printer.

Have not experienced any issues with my Mac and the XP820. I have a 5 year old Mac Pro and have the OS X.
