QuestionHi, 1)Does this projector can project on a screen 35' distance apart? I have a quite a distance in between and wondering if I can get a good quality image on that distance? 2) what size and brand of motorized screen do you recommend to pair with at 35'?

QuestionI have a 4010 projector and I connected it to my lg soundbar as the output. When I'm playing a bkuray from my lg bluray player which us also connected to my soundbar, no sound us coming out. I just get the picture. What do I need to do to get sound ?

- Answer Hi Mike, The Home Cinema 4010 uses active 3D. A compatible pair of RF 3D glasses is required. The glasses are not included with the 4010. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionI have a 110 inch silver ticket screen and I plan on having the project mounted ten feet away, which would close the distance to about 8 feet depending the depth of the projector, would this projector work with this throw distance?

- Answer 30. It claims 60 but more faux stuff like the 4k. Really 2k. Dont bother great projector for setting up and watching bluray but not streaming anything. If u can afford it get the 5050ub if not...get a benq ht3550 or tk850

QuestionI bought the 4010 and paired it with a Sony x700 blueray player and a Fire Cube. Sony X700 streams well for VUDU. However, I can't get more than 1080 out of cube. Is this due to the 4010 HDMI 18GB pipe restriction? What streaming device is recommended?

- Answer Hi Jace, The Fire Cube will work with your HC 4010, but the Fire Cube specs are much higher than the projector can display. You just have to go into the Fire Cube settings and set the following max resolution settings: 4K @24Hz with 10-bit HDR with a max of 4:2:2 Chroma subsampling (pixel encoding) Or 4K/60p (60 Hz) 10-bit SDR. QuestionHello, i have had this for a couple years now and never had any issues but from past couple days It just won’t turn on. I tried changing batteries, checked all the wires and the outlet but everything seems okay. Please help and thank you

QuestionI have a movie room and I am trying to increase the size the image goes on the screen my projector screen is only 150 inches and this one says the max is 300 inches why wont my picture get any bigger and fit the entire screen?

- Answer Hi RJ. The Epson Home Cinema 3800 projector was not designed with ports for audio out. To add sound, you can connect your video source and speakers to an audio video receiver, then connect the receiver to the projector using one of the receiver's compatible video outputs (an HDMI connection provides the best image quality, if available). QuestionIn just got a new 4010 and it turns off after 12 minutes. I have went thru the settings and tried everything that I know of to do with the same results. How do I stop it from turning off every 12 minute?

QuestionI have an epson 4010. This now makes the 2nd time in 6 months the bulb popped why? I run it on eco mode and not bright because it hurts my eyes on bright mode. I was told the bulbs should last almost 3000 hrs by epson. This last one lasted a month why?
