QuestionIs this scanner compatible with iMac 11.6 Big Sur. My Epson ES-500W does not work properly with my new computer. I need to use Utility 2, which is much more time consuming to drag and attach each sheet to e-mail. I prefer to just "attach to Mail".

QuestionI have 2 businesses and a personal account to track. Will this seperate the receipts into different accounts by the numbers based on the card used, or can I choose the account for each one before I begin the scan?

- Answer Hello multipleaccts. Yes, the RR-600W allows you to separate receipts using the Epson software. Before the export process, you will need to sort the cards by account number in the credit card number column, then select the receipts to export as a group or batch. As an example, if there are two more company files for QB Online or Quicken, you will need to sign out of one and then sign into the other company file, as you can only export to one company file at a time. So again, the process is possible, but additional steps are required to ensure the accounting is kept separate. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer No, you do have to be plugged directly to a laptop or desktop in order to scan. Just make sure you are connect to wifi and also you need to download a app called “EPSON smart panel” and you can start scanning.

QuestionI have a lot of receipts that are more than 1 page (sometimes a few full sheets, or sometimes a large detailed invoice and a smaller register receipt) will the scanner recognize them as related or will it send them each to quickbooks as separate receipts?

- Answer Hello MNMs. The RR-600w does not have Fax functionality. However, you can send a scanned image by email directly from the scanner.
